Pursuant to LPPD No. 6698, Vision Yacht is the "Data Controller" responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system, which determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

- Contact Information:Email address, phone number (Required fields), business/home address.
- Membership Details:Username, password (encrypted/hash), favorite yachts, profile preferences.
- Booking and Quotation Data:Preferred yacht model, charter date range, number of guests, private messages and notes.
- Process SecurityIP address, log records, entry-exit times, device information.
- Marketing and Preferences:Browsing habits and destinations of interest collected through cookies.
Purposes of Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed within the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD for the following purposes:
- Creating yacht charter offers and managing reservation processes,
- Establishing the Elite membership system, verifying the user profile and ensuring security,
- Managing the user-specific "Favorites" list and providing a personalized experience,
- Monitoring and finalizing customer requests (Inquiry) through our admin panel,
- Improving the services offered by our company and eliminating technical problems,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (issuing invoices, informing official authorities).
4. Data Transfer and Third Parties
Your personal data may be transferred to the following persons/institutions due to the nature of the service and only to the extent necessary:
- Logistics and Operations:With the captain and crew of the relevant yacht due to safety and service during the charter process (operational data only),
- Technical SupportOur business partners from whom we receive database and server management services (digital infrastructure providers such as Kalmuk Media),
- Legal Obligation:Within the scope of legal notifications to authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities.
5. Data Security and Storage Conditions
Vision Yacht uses industry-standard technological measures (SSL certificates, data encryption, firewalls) to protect your data. Your data is stored for the period required by the purpose of the processing or taking into account the statutory statute of limitations (usually 10 years).
6. Rights of the Data Owner (LPPD Article 11)
As a personal data owner, you can exercise the following rights by contacting us:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed,
- To demand for information as to if your personal data have been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred inside or outside the country,
- Requesting correction in case it's incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the LPPD.
