Distant Membership and Use Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the"Agreement"),Vision Yacht(the "Member"), who will benefit from the services offered through the digital platforms operated by (the "Company"), at the moment of the Member's approval in electronic environment.

Subject and Scope of the Contract

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions of benefiting from the luxury yacht charter, portfolio review, favorite list creation and quotation services offered through the Vision Yacht platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Membership Rights and Obligations

• Statement of Accurate Information:The Member accepts that all the information (Name, Surname, E-Mail, Phone, etc.) he/she provided while creating the membership registration and filling out the offer forms are true and that he/she is personally responsible for all damages arising from the inaccuracy of this information.
• Account SecurityThe member is obliged to keep the username and password given to him/her confidential. Legal and criminal liability that may arise in case of sharing the password with third parties or unauthorized access belongs entirely to the Member.
• Intended use:The Member undertakes that he/she will use the platform only for legal purposes and for personal rental requests; he/she will not copy the content of the platform (yacht images, technical data, texts) or distribute it for commercial purposes.

3. Rights and obligations of the company

• service continuityVision Yacht makes the utmost effort to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of the services provided, except for technical failures or maintenance work. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure.
• Content Change:The Company reserves the right to update yacht models, pricing policies (including price visibility) and charter terms without prior notice.
• Membership CancelIn case of violation of the articles of the Agreement, unethical use or attempts to harm the system, the Company has the right to unilaterally suspend or delete the Member's account.

4. Booking and Offer Conditions

“Inquiries” submitted through the Platform do not constitute a final reservation. The final reservation is made by signing the contract prepared by Vision Yacht consultants by the parties and making the necessary prepayment. The prices on the platform are informative and seasonal and operational changes can be seen in the final offers.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All design, software (VEOS Management System), text, yacht photos and videos on the site are the property of Vision Yacht and infrastructure provider (Kalmuk Media). In case of unauthorized use, legal action will be initiated.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

By approving this agreement, the MemberKVKK and Privacy Policyand that he/she consents to the processing of his/her personal data within this framework.

Settlement of Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Muğla (Bodrum) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise from the contract.
